Back in July 2022, we worked with Paul Torres of Sobremesa Studios to bring this shoot to life. This was our way of doing bridal without anything traditionally bridal - we wanted to be punk rock! We used peak summer flowers and grasses, as well as vintage clothing for this shoot. We wanted to present our kind of bride - untraditional, colorful, and marches to the beat of her own drum. We tried to experiment with lighting as well by crafting a giant translucent paper backdrop with lights aimed at grass arrangements to evoke a late summer day. This was extra special to put together as this was the first collaboration between real life sisters, Lizy and Audrey Rutherford! From time to time, this shoot pops up and reminds us of the fun we had that day.
